Through Transformation Coaching you clarify what change you want and how to get there. You clear out what you don’t need anymore in terms of patterns, subconscious-driven behaviour and limiting beliefs. And you are supported in the process and held accountable for making the change and not just talking about it.

Traditionally people think that team building is a day when the team does some fun activities. Team building can be so much more! And most importantly it can be designed around what your team needs (instead of wants). Here are some “transformative team building” possibilities:
Well-being day (Retreat) with activities like Tai Chi, stress relief exercises, detox talks, meditation and group coaching
Working as a team on developing a coaching culture. A mixture of training, coaching each other and reflecting on how to use coaching with ‘beneficiaries’ and/or customers.
