Welcome to our yoga class! 

This practice is designed to help you relax, restore, and rejuvenate your mind and body. We begin the class with some gentle warm-up exercises to help release tension and prepare the body for deeper relaxation. We then move on to a series of restorative yoga poses that are held for longer periods of time, allowing your body to fully relax and release tension.

During the session, we use props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks to support your body in the poses, so you can fully surrender and let go. The poses are designed to gently stretch and release tension in the muscles, while also calming the mind and nervous system. 

Throughout the class, we encourage you to focus on your breath and practice mindfulness, helping you to let go of any stress or tension and find a sense of deep relaxation. Our restorative yoga class is suitable for all levels, including those recovering from injuries or dealing with chronic pain or stress.
