Traditionally people think that team building is a day when the team does some fun activities. Team building can be so much more! And most importantly it can be designed around what your team needs (instead of wants). Here are some “transformative team building” possibilities:

• Well-being day (Retreat) with activities like Tai Chi, stress relief exercises, detox talks, meditation and group coaching

• Working as a team on developing a coaching culture.  A mixture of training, coaching each other and reflecting on how to use coaching with ‘beneficiaries’ and/or customers.

Reiki Courses are organized regularly in Lusaka. They also can be organized on demand, as long as there are a minimum of 3 participants. Reiki Courses are 2 days long. Cost 250 USD per participant. Lunch is not included. 

Individual Reiki treatment sessions: 100 USD per hour. Miriam is happy to refer you to one of her former students.
